Till följd av avvecklingen av Maskinsäkerhet behöver våra kunder kontakta ett anmält organ som kan leverera motsvarande tjänster.

Med anledning av att avdelningen Maskinsäkerhet inom SMP Svensk Maskinprovning AB avvecklas och följaktligen då även att all verksamhet inom certifiering och provning upphör, råder vi våra kunder inom något/några av våra anmälda organ (Maskindirektivet, Bullerdirektivet eller PPE-Förordningen) att påbörja processen att flytta berörd verksamhet till ett nytt/nya anmält organ.

På grund av rådande regelverk behöver ni följaktligen kontakta ett anmält organ som kan leverera motsvarande tjänster och som ni avser samarbeta med.

Information om vilka anmälda organ som finns tillgängliga finns på EU-kommissionens hemsida ”NANDO”, (EUROPA – European Commission – Growth – Regulatory policy - SMCS Länk till annan webbplats, öppnas i nytt fönster.).

Senast den 1 mars behöver vi veta vilket anmält organ som ni har valt att samarbeta med samt vilka produkter som ni avser att föra över till det nya anmälda organet.

Important information for our customers

SMP's operations for certification and testing are being phased out. Going forward, SMP will only accept assignments related to inspections.

Due to the fact that the Machine Safety department within SMP Svensk Maskinprovning AB is being phased out, and consequently all activities related to certification and testing will cease, we advise you, as a customer of one or more of our notified bodies (Machinery Directive, Outdoor Noise Directive or PPE Regulation), to begin the process of transferring the relevant activities to a new notified body.

In accordance with current regulations, you will therefore need to contact a notified body that can provide equivalent services and with which you intend to cooperate.

By March 1 at the latest we need to know which notified body you have chosen to work with and which products you intend to transfer to the new notified body.
