Training in machine safety

Customized training programs are offered by the company regarding regulations for CE marking, retrofitting and customization of production lines, and documentation requirements for purchasing machinery. These are examples of areas that give rise to many questions. It is often desirable to have awareness of these issues at multiple levels within the company.

Purpose

SMP has extensive and solid experience in the field of machine safety. We have achieved this through the numerous assignments we have carried out at workplaces involved in manufacturing or using machinery, and we consider it a great asset to be able to relate to practical experiences when providing training.

Method

Our training programs cover the general safety requirements outlined in legislation and the application of these requirements as described in safety standards. Practical case studies are discussed, and for example, the phases of CE marking a product until it becomes a fully CE marked machine can be included.

Deliveries

We primarily cater to customers who require customized training to meet their specific needs. Our training programs are preferably conducted at the customer's location, but it is also possible to arrange them at a different venue, such as our premises.
