Impartial inspections ensure safe equipment

Mobile cranes at construction sites, the machine operator’s excavator, and the building contractor’s construction lifts: Legislation often requires equipment to be regularly inspected by a third party. Inspections also increase confidence in the products and services and provide the end customer with peace of mind.

SMP is a national leader in several of these areas and works every day to ensure and improve the safety of our customers. We cover the whole of Sweden with our field organisation, which operates from Trelleborg to Kiruna and consists of around 60 inspection engineers who visit our customers and perform inspections daily. Through our inspection system Besiktning Online, customers can log in and access information about their items, when they were last inspected or when the next inspection is due.
